Sugar and honey are a great combination to use on the lips as they are natural exfoliants, which helps in removing dead skins. To do this, you simply combine honey with sugar then gently scrub the mixture on your lips. It is best to scrub it in a circular motion and do it for three to four minutes; just make sure to cover all the areas and apply evenly. Once you are done, rinse your lips with warm water and pat dry; you should see significant improvements in your lips after exfoliating.

One of the most common ways to do this exercise is to close your mouth and smile as broadly as you can, and hold it for a few seconds, then repeat. 

Cinnamon

Cinnamon has a lot of proven benefits in making our lips fuller and radiant. You can either use cinnamon powder or cinnamon oil to beautify your lips. However, directly using cinnamon on your lips is not advisable since it could cause irritation and inflammation. 

The best way to use cinnamon is to add sugar and make an exfoliating scrub; you just simply apply the mixture to your lips to achieve fresher and healthier lips. Another way to use cinnamon is to add Vaseline. Adding Vaseline to cinnamon is an excellent remedy to get beautiful and fuller lips. 

Olive Oil
